The best way is to take your measurement directly during your appointment with our team.

If you'd like to give someone a ring without arousing suspicion, borrow one of their rings and make sure they're wearing the same one, which we'll measure with a triboulet.

In the event of a surprise, and if you don't have the opportunity to buy one of these rings, our advisors will be happy to guide you personally.

REMOTELY, AT HOME

In the case of distance selling, there are also different ways of determining the best size.

By post of a measuring kit. This is a small graduated belt to be tightened around your finger. You'll need to adjust it around your finger, while leaving you the option of removing it, as if it were a ring.

Measure your finger with a fellow jeweler by having your size taken by a fellow jeweler.

Using a printable ring gauge: borrow one of her rings and measure it using our printable ring gauge (see below). Measure your own ring or a ring that fits the person you're giving it to, using our printable ring gauge.

In the event of a surprise and if you are unable to obtain the size, our advisors will guide you personally.

It is entirely possible to modify the size of a ring by up to three sizes (plus or minus).

Beyond that, we have to restart production in the new size required, so as not to weaken the mounting and setting of your stones.

The first size discount is a service offered within three months of your purchase.

The sizing process takes about 3 weeks from the time we collect your ring.

We can welcome you in our showroom by appointment, otherwise we'll invite you to return your jewelry to us at your own expense in a secure envelope (Declared Value, DHL, or any other carrier). Don't forget to insure your parcel.

Once your ring is ready for you, we'll either deliver it to one of our showrooms, or ship it to you (shipping costs on request).

Beyond that, and in the case of a second resizing, this service will be billed at €45.

In order to preserve the warranty of your jewel, we recommend that you do not have your ring cut anywhere else than in our workshops.

If you'd like to give a ring as a gift, borrow a ring of similar width from your loved one and refer to the printable ring binder below.

Each ring corresponds to the ring's inside diameter.

For a perfect match, the traced circle must be visible on the inside of the ring, next to its body.

If the ring is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

This baguier must be printed on an A4 sheet. Check in the print settings that the "Paper scaling" option is set to "No".
