The best way is to have your measurement taken directly during your appointment with our team.

If you wish to gift a ring without raising suspicion, borrow one of the person's rings. Ensure it is a ring they currently wear on the same finger, and we will measure it using a ring sizer.

In case of a surprise and if you are unable to bring one of their rings, our advisors will guide you personally.

REMOTELY, AT HOME

For remote purchases, there are also different ways to determine the best size.

By mailing a measurement kit. This kit includes a small graduated belt to tighten around your finger. You need to adjust it around your finger, leaving just enough space to remove it as if it were a ring.

Get your finger measured by another jeweler by having a fellow jeweler determine your size.

Use a printable ring sizer: borrow one of their rings and measure it using our printable ring sizer (see below). Measure your ring or a ring that fits the person you're gifting it to using our printable ring sizer.

In case of a surprise and if you are unable to obtain the size, our advisors will guide you personally.

It is entirely possible to resize a ring by up to three sizes (either larger or smaller).

Beyond that, we would need to initiate a new production in the required size to avoid weakening the setting and the mounting of your stones.

The first resizing is a complimentary service within three months of your purchase.

The resizing process takes approximately 3 weeks from the moment we receive your ring.

We can welcome you at our showroom by appointment, or we will ask you to return your jewelry at your expense in a secure envelope (Declared Value, DHL, or any other carrier). Don’t forget to insure your package.

Once your ring is ready to be returned to you, we can either deliver it in one of our showrooms or ship it to you (shipping costs upon request).

After that, and in case of a second resizing, this service will be charged at €45.

To preserve your jewelry’s warranty, we recommend that you only have your ring resized by our workshops.

If you wish to gift a ring, borrow a ring of similar width from your loved one and refer to the printable ring sizer below.

Each circle corresponds to the inner diameter of the ring.

To ensure a perfect match, the outlined circle should be visible inside the ring, touching its inner edge.

If the ring size falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

This ring sizer should be printed on an A4 sheet. In the print settings, make sure the "Scale to Fit Paper" option is set to "No."
